“Right curve”
This sign warns you that a right curve follows.
Being a warning sign, its placement is made at a distance of maximum 50 meters before the dangerous place, in the urban area, or at a distance between 100 and 250 meters before the dangerous place, outside the urban area.
In the case where the curve is signalled as being a particularly dangerous curve (signalling which is performed through the sign “Particularly dangerous curve”) or in the case where the visibility in the curve is less than 50 meters, the road legislation imposes the obligation to drive at a speed that does not exceed 30 km/h in the urban area or 50 km/h outside the urban area. In the case where the visibility in the curve is less than 50 meters, besides the obligation regarding the travel speed, the road legislation also imposes the prohibition of performing all maneuvers (overtaking, stopping, waiting, moving in reverse and U-turn).
