You can use the Școala Rutieră platform without needing to create a user account, which means that you do not have to disclose your identity (first name, last name, email address). However, to benefit from additional features such as saving personal statistics, monitoring the percentages of completed learning modules, tracking your progress and others, you have the option to create a free user account, in which case it is necessary to disclose your identity (first name, last name, and in some cases email address). The application administrator undertakes to keep confidential the information provided by you at the time of accessing and completing the electronic account creation form.

1.4 Processing of personal data

To create a user account on the Școala Rutieră platform, the following personal data are collected:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address (only when creating an account using an email address)

Școala Rutieră uses your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing the user account;
• Saving statistics regarding learning progress, completed percentages and performance evolution on the platform;
• Allowing users to publish text comments on the platform;
• Communicating with users to provide technical support or other relevant information;
• Occasionally sending, to the email address provided at account creation, notifications and information strictly related to the platform’s field of activity.

Personal data are not used for marketing purposes (except for promoting services and products marketed directly by the platform) and are not shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the user.
