Level crossing with a railway with barriers or semi‑barriers

It is placed at 50 meters (in the urban area)/150 meters (outside built‑up area) before the level crossing with a railway with barriers or semi‑barriers.

The driver is obliged to reduce the speed when encountering this sign.

At less than 50 meters before and after the railway all maneuvers are prohibited (except overtaking which is prohibited only before the crossing, at 50 meters).

In the urban area, the placement of the sign will be done on the same pole with the supplementary panel with one red oblique stripe, and outside the urban area on the supplementary panel with three red oblique stripes.

If the level crossing is provided with light signals warning of approaching trains, the sign will be accompanied by the additional panel ''Level crossing with the railway provided with automatic light signalling installation''.
