This sign prohibits the U-turn maneuver on the road section where it is installed, due to the danger of performing it in that area and ensuring the smooth flow of traffic.
At the same time, this also prohibits the maneuver of moving in reverse (according to art.128, letter a of the Regulation for the implementation of O.U.G. 195/2002). Its meaning is valid until the first intersection on the driving direction.
