Explanation

For answer  A

The road legislation prohibits the U-turn of the vehicle on the roads where the traffic takes place in one-way direction. If you would turn the vehicle, considering that the traffic takes place in one-way direction, you would drive in the opposite direction of the vehicles that move in compliance with the traffic rules, more exactly you would drive on the opposite direction.

For answer  B

The U-turn of the vehicles is NOT prohibited in the intersections, not even in those with roundabout traffic, or at less than 50 meters from the nearest corner of an intersection. However, the U-turn of the vehicle is prohibited in the intersections in which the left turn is prohibited or in the intersections in which the maneuvering of the vehicle forward and backward is necessary.

For answer  C

The U-turn of the vehicles is NOT prohibited at less than 100 meters from the level crossings with the current railway, but it is prohibited on the level crossings with the current railway and at a distance less than 50 meters before and after them.

If you would select answer C you would agree that the U-turn of the vehicles is prohibited at a distance between 50 and 100 meters (from 50 to 100 meters) from the level crossing with the current railway, which is wrong.

The correct answer is: A
