This road sign is encountered on one-way roads, when the entry is made from a side road. The arrow indicates the direction in which the traffic takes place.
The ending of the one-way road segment is signalled with the sign "Traffic in both directions". At the opposite end of the segment the sign ”No entry” is installed.
On the one-way road the U-turn maneuver is prohibited.
