(1) In the residential zone, signalled as such, pedestrians may use the entire width of the carriageway, and children's play is permitted.
(2) The drivers of vehicles are obliged to drive at a speed of at most 20 km/h, not to wait or to park the vehicle outside the spaces specially designated and signalled as such, not to hinder or to impede the movement of pedestrians even if, for this purpose, they must stop.
