The first very good news. The rules of the exam have been modified, so the persons who will take the theoretical driving exam (theory test) starting from today (October 5, 2015) will no longer repeat this exam if they fail the practical test (road test).
More exactly, from that date, the persons who will successfully pass the theoretical test will be able to take the practical test several times, if they fail it, during the validity period of the completed courses. In this sense, the candidates will be required to pay the examination fee and to do at least six additional hours of practical training.
From the normative act published in the Official Gazette at the beginning of this month. - "The 'admitted' grade at the theoretical test allows the taking of the practical test during the validity period of the theoretical and practical training course (...) The candidates declared 'failed' at the practical test can be scheduled for taking a new test after a period of at least 15 days, with the payment of the examination fee and the presentation of the proof that certifies the completion of at least six additional hours of practical training in an authorized driving school”.
At the same time, the candidates who will not appear at the practical test will be able to request a new schedule anytime during the validity period of the training course. If one year passes from the completion of the course, taking the driving exam is conditioned by completing a new training course.
In another order of ideas, those who will fail the theoretical test after October 5 will be able to take a new examination after at least 15 days from the rejection, with the payment of the corresponding fee.
Important! According to the new provisions, only the candidates who pass the theoretical test starting with October 5 will be able to take the practical test several times. This means, more exactly, that the persons who take and pass the theoretical test before October 5 must take it again if they fail the practical test.

Until now, www.scoalarutiera.ro offered a questionnaire generator, identical to the one from the DRPCIV examination, which automatically and randomly generated a questionnaire, from a database of questions from the driving exam. This generator, forming the questionnaire randomly, could repeat questions from one questionnaire to another, a disturbing thing for users. But from now on everything has changed from good to better.
