The road sign is encountered before a level crossing with tram lines.
Trams are vehicles with special priorities and if the next intersection is uncontrolled you will have to comply with these special rules, giving priority to trams in motion (in uncontrolled intersections, trams in motion lose priority only when performing the left turn).
This sign is installed even if the tram line intersects only one direction or only one traffic lane.
