The sign is installed outside built-up area, at 90 - 200 meters before an intersection with a road without priority, where you will not have the obligation to reduce the speed nor to give way.
Being a sign confirming the priority, it confirms the fact that the intersection is controlled, but it does not have a directing role. The signs which direct this type of intersection are the signs located on the side roads: ''Stop'' and/or ''Give way''.
The symbol on the sign suggests the configuration of the intersection, in this case the crossing being made with two roads without priority, the first on the right and the second on the left.
