Is applied on the public road without priority, at the intersection of it with a priority public road.
The driver of the vehicle is obliged to reduce the speed and to make sure that on the priority road no other vehicles move, and only then may enter the intersection.
If on the priority road other vehicles move, the driver of the vehicle is obliged to stop to give them priority.
