The driver of the vehicle is obliged to turn to the right at the first intersection, without passing the place where the road sign is installed.
It is placed, on a median, on the opposite side of the entrance into the intersection with the road or street on which the direction indicated by the arrow is mandatory (the direction of the arrow may indicate, as applicable, to the left) the turning maneuver being performed without passing the sign.
