“Straight ahead or to the right”
This sign obliges the drivers of vehicles to drive in one of the directions straight ahead or to the right in the intersection in front of which it is installed. The turn to the right will be performed after passing the sign.
Before entering the intersection in which the directions indicated by arrows are mandatory, the turn being performed after passing the sign. The directions of the arrows may indicate, as the case may be, straight ahead or to the left.
When encountering this sign, the turn to the left is prohibited. This sign acts only in the intersection in front of which it is installed. At the next intersections, respect the meaning of the road signalling from that place.
In the intersection in front of which this sign is installed, the maneuver of U-turn is prohibited. (Art. 126 letter b) of the Regulation)

Is prohibited the U-turn of the vehicle:
b) in the intersections in which the turn to the left is prohibited, as well as in those in which, for performing it, the maneuvering forward and backward of the vehicle is necessary;
In the intersection in front of which this sign is installed, the maneuver of moving in reverse is prohibited, because this maneuver is prohibited in the intersections in which the turn to the left is prohibited. (Art. 128 paragraph (1) letter a) of the Regulation)
