According to the cited source, starting Monday the way of carrying out the practical test will be recorded both video and audio, with technical monitoring systems that will be installed on the cars used for taking this test. The practical test for the AM, A1, A2 and A categories will not be recorded, states the Directorate for Driving Licenses and Vehicle Registration.
The technical monitoring system is installed in a fixed point, in the motor vehicle on which the mention "EXAM" is visibly displayed and is oriented parallel to the carriageway, so as to capture the traffic in the direction of travel of the car, and the data are stored so as to allow the exact identification of the recordings by the examiner, the day and the time of the examination.
In the event that the candidate contests the result of the practical test, the recordings will be made available to the competent court.
The audio-video recording system will be operational at the community public services in Bucharest and Ilfov County, and in the following days this way of carrying out the practical test will be applied, step by step, at all county services, further states the cited source.
