The suspension of exercising the right to drive for a period of 120 days applies for:

A failure to stop at the level crossing with the current railway when the barriers or semibarriers are lowered or in the process of lowering or when the red and/or sound signals are operating;
B failure to respect the meaning of the yellow colour of the traffic light;
C exceeding by more than 70 km/h the maximum speed allowed on the respective road section and for the category to which the driven motor vehicle belongs.

Failure to respect the meaning of the yellow colour of the traffic light constitutes a contravention and is sanctioned with the fine provided in class I of sanctions. For this contravention the suspension of exercising the right to drive does NOT apply.

Exceeding by more than 70 km/h the maximum speed allowed on the respective road section and for the category to which the driven motor vehicle belongs constitutes a contravention and is sanctioned with the fine provided in class IV of sanctions and with the suspension of exercising the right to drive for a period of 120 days.
