(1) Is prohibited the drivers of vehicles to adopt an aggressive behavior in driving them on public roads.
(2) By aggressive behavior is understood the performance, on the public road, by the driver of vehicle, of one of the following maneuvers:
a) successive movement from one traffic lane to another or from one row to another, alternating from left to right, in order to overtake a line of vehicles moving in the same direction;
b) turning the vehicle using the parking brake;
c) starting the vehicle from standstill by excessive, empty, spinning of the driving wheels;
d) driving the vehicle at a very short distance from another vehicle, in front or behind it, as well as on the side, or suddenly reducing the travel speed without a well-founded reason, likely to intimidate its driver;
e) repeated use of audible and/or light signals likely to unjustifiably oblige the driver of the vehicle ahead to free the traffic lane;
f) driving the moped or motorcycle having in contact with the carriageway only one of the wheels;
g) moving in reverse with the vehicle in order to intimidate the other participants in traffic moving behind it;
h) intentional execution of a controlled skid of the vehicle in order to turn or rotate it;
i) intentional driving of a vehicle by repeatedly accelerating the engine, likely to disturb the persons in the area of the public road.
