Explanation

For answer  A

The road legislation does not provide that the civilized appearance is a condition for motor vehicles / agricultural or forestry tractors to be allowed to circulate on public roads.

For answer  B

The first part of this answer version is correct “when they do not exceed the weight entered in the registration certificate”. It is prohibited to exceed the permitted weight, meaning the maximum authorized total mass.

The second part of this answer version is NOT correct “when they do not exceed the overall dimensions entered in the registration certificate”. We must consider that overall dimensions = length/width/height.

Is prohibited the driver of a motor vehicle or tram to transport in and on the car objects whose length or width exceeds, together with the load, its dimensions.

The road legislation does not provide the prohibition to circulate if the height is exceeded, it specifies only length and width. And overall dimensions meaning length/width/height, height is not a condition for motor vehicles or trailers to be allowed to circulate on public roads. Therefore, it is possible to circulate with exceeded overall dimensions, as long as length and/or width are not exceeded.

However, it must be known that if the height exceeds 5 meters it is possible to circulate on the public road only based on a special authorization issued by its administrator and with the approval of the traffic police.

For answer  C

To circulate on public roads, motor vehicles / agricultural or forestry tractors must be in good working order and must meet the technical conditions established by law.

The correct answer is: C
