The driver of the vehicle involved in a traffic accident in which have resulted only the damaging of the vehicles and/or other material damages (without victims), is obliged to immediately remove the vehicle outside the carriageway or, if the condition of the vehicle does not allow this, to move it as close as possible to the curb or shoulder, signalling its presence and to present himself at the police unit competent in the area where the accident occurred within no more than 24 hours from the occurrence of the event for the drafting of the finding documents.
