For answer A
The traffic legislation prohibits the driver of the motor vehicle, agricultural or forestry tractor, or tram to transport in and on the car objects whose length or width exceeds, together with the load, its dimensions. This prohibition aims to prevent risks related to the stability of the vehicle, obstruction of visibility and dangers created for other traffic participants.
In the updated traffic legislation, the transport of children is no longer strictly regulated by age, but by height. Children with a height of up to 135 cm must be transported in a special seat or using an adequate restraint system. Those with a height above 135 cm may be transported using an adult safety belt, adjusted so that it does not cross the neck or face area. Therefore, answer B cannot be correct because the transport of children up to 12 years old on the rear seat is not prohibited, but conditioned by compliance with these rules.
It must be known that the transport of children in motor vehicles equipped with safety systems is done according to their height, and not strictly their age:
Also, children up to 3 years old may be transported under certain conditions, but always with adequate safety systems.
More information about the obligations regarding the transport of children in motor vehicles can be found in the Audio-Video lesson “Chapter 8 part 7 - Obligations and prohibitions regarding the transport of children” from step 1 on Școala Rutieră.
The traffic legislation prohibits the transport of a greater number of persons than that mentioned in the registration certificate, but answer C specifies the transport of a smaller number of persons, which is NOT prohibited. Thus, answer C cannot be correct.
