In the situation in which on narrow and/or steep public roads a vehicle that performs public transport of persons meets a vehicle for transport of goods, and the passing of both vehicles one next to the other is impossible or dangerous, the driver of the vehicle that performs transport of goods will maneuver in reverse to make possible the passing of the one that performs public transport of persons.
In the case of meeting a combination of vehicles with a vehicle, the driver of the vehicle must maneuver in reverse to make possible the passing of the one of the combination of vehicles. However, in answer B it is specified that “the driver of the combination must maneuver in reverse”, which is wrong and this answer option cannot be correct.
In the case of meeting a heavy vehicle with a light vehicle, the driver of the light vehicle must maneuver in reverse to make possible the passing of the heavy vehicle. However, in answer C it is specified that “the driver of the heavy vehicle must maneuver in reverse”, which is wrong and this answer option cannot be correct.
The correct answer is: A
