For answer A
Road legislation prohibits the driver of the motor vehicle, agricultural or forestry tractor or tram from having films or chemical treatments applied on the windshields, rear window or on the side windows, which restrict or blur visibility, both from the inside and from the outside, with the exception of those approved and certified, by appropriate marking, by the competent authority. However, in this answer variant it is mentioned that the film is approved and certified, which makes variant A incorrect.
Road legislation prohibits the driver of the motor vehicle, agricultural or forestry tractor or tram from entering on the modernized roads with the vehicle that has on the wheels or on the body mud that is deposited on the carriageway or from which products, substances or materials fall or leak that may endanger traffic safety.
The driving experience of the driver is important because experience helps drivers react better in unforeseen situations and reduce the risk of accidents. Although road legislation imposes other obligations or prohibitions for those who have less than one year of experience from obtaining the driving license, such as wearing the distinctive sign and limiting the maximum speed allowed outside the built-up area, access on modernized roads is NOT prohibited for those with experience below a certain minimum limit.
