In traffic on public roads is prohibited the possession, installation or use on motor vehicles of systems that disrupt the proper functioning of traffic surveillance devices. These systems are also called ANTI-RADAR. The possession, installation or use in traffic on public roads of these devices that disrupt the normal functioning of speed-measuring devices is NOT considered to be aggressive behavior but constitutes a contravention and is sanctioned with the fine provided in class IV of sanctions.

The driver of the vehicle must respect the meaning of road signalling, including the meaning of mandatory signs and markings. Non-compliance with the meaning of mandatory signs and markings is NOT considered to be aggressive behavior but is sanctioned with the fine provided in class II of sanctions.
