It is prohibited the adoption of aggressive behavior in driving vehicles on public roads. The maneuver of successive movement from one traffic lane to another or from one row to another, alternating from left to right, for the purpose of overtaking a line of vehicles traveling in the same direction is considered to be aggressive behavior, being prohibited performing this maneuver on public roads.
The adoption of aggressive behavior in driving vehicles on public roads is sanctioned with contravention, as follows:
Although the overtaking maneuver is performed only on the left side of the overtaken vehicle, by exception, the vehicle whose driver has signalled the intention and has moved into position properly for leaving the direction of travel to the left is overtaken on the right side. Therefore, the maneuver in answer B is allowed and is NOT considered to be aggressive behavior.
It is prohibited the entering of a vehicle into an intersection if this causes the blocking of the intersection. The failure to respect this prohibition is NOT considered to be aggressive behavior but is sanctioned with the fine provided in the 2nd class of sanctions and with the application of 3 penalty points.
