The vehicle that has signalled and has moved into position correctly for leaving the direction of travel to the left is overtaken on the right side, on the condition that the space remaining available allows performing this maneuver. However, in the situations in which after its positioning no space is created for performing the maneuver of overtaking on the right side, you must stop behind it and wait for the lane to clear in order to be able to continue your driving.
It should be noted that overtaking these vehicles will not be performed on the left side but will be performed only on the right side and if the space remaining available does not allow performing the maneuver, it is not permitted to drive onto the sidewalk or onto the green areas in order to perform it.
