Is prohibited the voluntary waiting of the vehicles in all the cases in which the voluntary stopping is prohibited, and the voluntary stopping is prohibited at the continuous marking, when the drivers of the other vehicles moving in the same direction are obliged for this reason to break the continuous marking. Thus, in these places is prohibited also the maneuver of voluntary waiting of the vehicles.
But in the situation in which by waiting it does not oblige the drivers of the other vehicles moving in the same direction to break the continuous marking separating the directions of travel, the maneuver of waiting is in compliance with the traffic rules, for example on a very wide road or on a road with two or more traffic lanes per direction, where, by the maneuver of waiting, the other drivers of vehicles are not obliged for this reason to break the continuous marking.
