Answers A and C are incorrect, because the immediate stopping, on the hard shoulder or, in its absence, as close as possible to the edge of the road or to the curb of the sidewalk, in the direction of travel, is mandatory at the special warning signals with light of RED colour, together with the sound ones. In this case the question refers to the motor vehicles which have in operation the special warning means of blue colour, together with the sound ones.
The special warning signals with light of BLUE colour, together with the sound ones, oblige you to give priority, and in order to give priority you must reduce the driving speed and move as close as possible to the edge of the road, in the direction of travel, meaning as close as possible to the curb or to the hard shoulder.
In case for giving priority it is also necessary to stop, you must do it. A good example would be the intersections, where it is necessary to stop in order to be able to give priority to these motor vehicles with priority traffic regime.
We must know that these motor vehicles with priority traffic regime are allowed to use the light signals without being accompanied by the sound ones, depending on the nature of the mission or on the traffic conditions, situation in which the respective motor vehicle does not have priority traffic regime. But the reverse situation, to use only the sound signals, without being accompanied by the light ones, is not allowed.
We recommend you to also consult the articles from the updated traffic legislation found a little below.
