For answer  A 

You are prohibited from performing the overtaking maneuver when another vehicle is approaching from the opposite direction and its driver is obliged to perform maneuvers to avoid the collision. However, answer A does not specify that for performing the overtaking the driver passes over the axis of the road or that the vehicle coming from the opposite direction is obliged to perform maneuvers to avoid the collision. In which case it can be considered that the overtaking is done without passing over the axis of the road and without hindering in any way the one coming from the opposite direction. For answer  B 

You are prohibited from performing the overtaking maneuver near the tops of slopes/ramps or in any other places when visibility is reduced under 50 meters. For answer  C 

You are prohibited from performing the overtaking maneuver when you encounter a tram stopped in a station without a refuge for pedestrians, being obliged to stop behind the tram and you may resume driving only after the tram doors have closed and you have made sure that you do not endanger the safety of pedestrians engaged in crossing the public road. However, answer C refers to tram stations provided with a refuge for pedestrians, in which case overtaking is not prohibited and answer C cannot be correct.
