The rule of priority to the right will apply in the undirected intersection if the roads that intersect are of the same category (for example two communal roads or two streets in a city). The categories of roads can be identified by the presence of different types of kilometre signs (kilometre markers) having different colours depending on the category of the road. Red for national road, blue for county road and yellow for communal road.
