Explanation

For answer  A

When you park the vehicle at night on the carriageway of an unlit communal road you must switch on the position lights or the parking lights. A vehicle may be stopped or parked on the carriageway of a road with all lights off, in the places where these maneuvers are permitted, when it is on a lit road, so that the vehicle is visible from a distance of at least 50 meters or if it is moved off the carriageway, onto a reinforced shoulder. Therefore, if the road is unlit, we must switch on the position lights or the parking lights.

For answer  B

It is not in all cases prohibited to park vehicles on the carriageway at night.

We give the following two examples: Parking at night on the carriageway is possible:

  • if the road is unlit by switching on the position lights or the parking lights;
  • if it is on a lit road, so that the vehicle is visible from a distance of at least 50 meters.

For answer  C

The reflective triangles will be used in case of unintentional immobilization of the vehicle on the carriageway, such as a vehicle that has a technical problem and has broken down on the carriageway.

We recommend that you also consult the articles from the updated traffic legislation found slightly below.
