Is prohibited the adoption of aggressive behavior in driving these on public roads. The circulation with the vehicle at a very reduced distance from another vehicle, in front of or behind it, as well as laterally, or the sudden reduction of the travel speed without a justified reason, likely to intimidate its driver, as well as the maneuver of starting from standstill with the vehicle by the excessive, empty, spinning of the driving wheels are considered to be aggressive behavior, being prohibited the performance of these maneuvers on public roads.
The adoption of aggressive behavior in driving vehicles on public roads is sanctioned contraventionally, as follows:
The driver of the vehicle must respect the meaning of the road signalling, including the meaning of mandatory signs and markings. The failure to respect the meaning of mandatory signs and markings is NOT considered to be aggressive behavior but is sanctioned with the fine provided in penalty class II.
