By aggressive behavior is meant:

A the circulation with the vehicle at a very reduced distance from another vehicle, in front of or behind it, as well as laterally, or the sudden reduction of the travel speed without a justified reason, likely to intimidate its driver;
B starting the vehicle from standstill by the excessive spinning, empty, of the driving wheels;
C the failure to respect the meaning of mandatory signs and markings.

Explanation

For answer  A  and  B

Is prohibited the adoption of aggressive behavior in driving these on public roads. The circulation with the vehicle at a very reduced distance from another vehicle, in front of or behind it, as well as laterally, or the sudden reduction of the travel speed without a justified reason, likely to intimidate its driver, as well as the maneuver of starting from standstill with the vehicle by the excessive, empty, spinning of the driving wheels are considered to be aggressive behavior, being prohibited the performance of these maneuvers on public roads.

The adoption of aggressive behavior in driving vehicles on public roads is sanctioned contraventionally, as follows:

  • if through the adoption of aggressive behavior a traffic accident has occurred resulting in the damaging of a vehicle or other material damages (meaning a road accident without victims), the fine provided in penalty class III and the suspension of the driving right for a period of 60 days are applied;
  • if through the adoption of aggressive behavior NO traffic accident has occurred, the fine provided in penalty class II and the suspension of the driving right for a period of 30 days are applied.

For answer  C

The driver of the vehicle must respect the meaning of the road signalling, including the meaning of mandatory signs and markings. The failure to respect the meaning of mandatory signs and markings is NOT considered to be aggressive behavior but is sanctioned with the fine provided in penalty class II.
