Vehicles that set in motion from a standstill must give priority to vehicles that travel on the public road, regardless of their direction of travel.
When you approach a station for public transport vehicles provided with a bay, travelling on the lane next to the shoulder or curb, and the bus stopped in the station signals the intention to exit, you are obliged to reduce speed and if needed to stop to allow it to re-enter the traffic.
We must remember that the bus whose driver signals the intention to re-enter the traffic from the station provided with a bay has priority ONLY compared to the vehicles that travel behind it, and if the road has several lanes in the direction of travel it has priority ONLY compared to the vehicles that travel behind it on the first lane.
Vehicles that enter a public road, coming from properties adjacent to the public road, must give priority to vehicles that travel on the public road, regardless of their direction of travel.
