The maximum speed allowed outside the built-up areas for category D or D1 is 110 km/h on motorways, 100 km/h on express roads, 90 km/h on European national roads (E) and 80 km/h on the other categories of roads, but the maximum speed allowed outside the built-up areas for motor vehicles that tow trailers or semitrailers is by 10 km/h lower than the maximum speed allowed for the category to which the towing motor vehicle belongs. Therefore, the maximum speed allowed outside the built-up areas for a combination consisting of a motor vehicle in category D or D1 and a trailer is (110-10=100) 100 km/h on motorways, (100-10=90) 90 km/h on express roads, (90-10=80) 80 km/h on European national roads (E) and (80-10=70) 70 km/h on the other categories of roads.
The correct answer is: B
OUG = GOVERNMENT EMERGENCY ORDINANCE no. 195 of December 12, 2002 (Road Traffic Code)
Regulation = REGULATION for the implementation of OUG 195/2002 (Road Traffic Code Regulation)
