Explanation

For answer  A

Installing or using devices for detecting radar equipment, known under the name of RADAR-DETECTORS, is permitted by road traffic legislation. These devices only detect the presence of RADAR equipment used for measuring travel speed and warn the driver of the motor vehicle about the existence of such a device in the area.

On the other hand, road traffic legislation prohibits the installation or use of devices that disturb the normal operation of RADAR equipment, known as ANTI-RADARS. These devices jam the radar waves used for measuring speed, affecting their operation, which is why they are strictly prohibited. In the case of vehicles equipped with ANTI-RADARS, their travel on public roads is prohibited.

It must be noted that road traffic legislation permits the use of radar detectors, but prohibits the use of anti-radars.

For answer  B

Owners of motor vehicles are not permitted to install on them lights of another colour and intensity than the approved ones. Failure to respect these prohibitions is considered a contravention and is sanctioned with a fine provided in the third class of sanctions and with the retention of the registration certificate, issuing a replacement proof with the right to drive for 15 days.

For answer  C

Position lights are a mandatory equipment of motor vehicles and, of course, their use is not prohibited.

The correct answer is: B
