Explanation

In the given situation we observe that the bus signalled the intention to start moving from the station provided with a bay. It must be known that the bus that leaves, attention, only the one that leaves and signals properly, from a station provided with a bay has priority ONLY over the vehicles that move behind it, and if the road has several lanes in the direction of travel the bus has priority only over the vehicles that move behind it on the first lane.

Therefore the blue car does not have the obligation to give priority to the bus, the bus being obliged to make sure and to give priority to the other participants in traffic, except those that move behind the bus. In the given situation, the car performs the overtaking maneuver correctly. The bus will be given priority only by the vehicles that move behind it.
