The maximum speed allowed on the National roads outside built-up area, other than the European (E) ones, for the drivers of motor vehicles from category B, is 90 km/h. However the maximum speed allowed outside built-up area for the motor vehicles whose drivers have less than one year of driving practice is by 20 km/h smaller than the maximum speed allowed. From the maximum speed allowed of 90 km/h we subtract the 20 km/h and we have a difference of 70 km/h, thus the maximum speed allowed for these drivers is 70 km/h.
