You are not prohibited from stopping at less than 100 meters from the industrial railway, the stopping being prohibited on the platform of the industrial railway or tramway or at less than 50 m from these, if the movement of vehicles on rails could be hindered or prevented.
Stopping is permitted on the sidewalk, in the places signalled as such, more exactly if the administrator of the public road has executed in certain areas of the sidewalk arrangements designated for the stopping or waiting of vehicles. The administrator must respect the corridor designated for pedestrian traffic, which cannot be less than 1 m in width. It must be taken into account that in the places where stopping/waiting/parking on the sidewalk is permitted, the road legislation prohibits these maneuvers if the respective vehicle, through its dimensions, cannot be positioned so that the portion of the width of the sidewalk that remains at the disposal of pedestrian traffic is at least one meter.
On the road sections where the sign “Priority for the oncoming traffic” or the sign “Priority over oncoming traffic” is installed is prohibited the voluntary stopping of vehicles. The same prohibition applies also on the road sections where the sign “Narrow road” is installed, even if the regulatory priority signs above are or are not installed.
