Explanation

For answer  A

On roads with several traffic lanes in the same direction, these will be used depending on the traffic intensity and the travelling speed, having the obligation to return to the first lane whenever it is possible. Therefore, you will move as much as possible on the lane next to the curb or shoulder (lane 1), including when you move with reduced speed. But the vehicle which moves very slowly and/or constitutes itself a danger for the other participants in traffic must activate the hazard warning lights.

For answer  B

The lane next to the axis of the road will be used when the other lanes are loaded, on the condition that we move faster than those on the other lanes, but only enough to pass ahead of them, after which we must return to the other lanes, descending, so as to reach lane 1 whenever it is possible.

For answer  C

The road legislation does not oblige the emission of sound signals, but obliges the use of the hazard warning lights if the vehicle moves very slowly and/or constitutes itself a danger for the other participants in traffic.

The correct answer is: A

The correct use of the lighting and signalling system - Audio-Video Lesson --> Road Traffic Code - The technical condition of vehicles and the lighting and luminous signalling system
