Explanation

For answer A

In uncontrolled intersections you have the obligation to give priority to the vehicles that come from the right side. If the visibility is very low because of the vehicles that are waiting (in most cases these wait improperly, but we must be prepared also for such situations), you must increase the attention and enter slowly into the intersection in order to offer yourself the necessary visibility to observe the other participants in traffic, and if other vehicles coming from the right are circulating, you give them priority, if not, you cross the intersection easily.

For answer B

By crossing the intersection as quickly as possible it is possible to be surprised by another motor vehicle that you did not observe in time and to which you should have given priority.

For answer C

Signalling with lights when entering the intersection does not allow you to enter the intersection without making sure or without giving priority. The light signalling, to make your presence felt, by the alternate use of the low beam lights with the high beam lights is used during the night or in reduced visibility conditions.
