Explanation

For answer  A  and  B

Transporting the victims to the hospital is done with a specially equipped ambulance for this purpose, with or without a doctor, depending on the condition of the victim, but most often the ambulance is accompanied by a doctor.

For answer  C

You are prohibited from leaving the scene without the approval of the police, this act constitutes an offense and is punished with imprisonment from 2 to 7 years.

But if, in the absence of other means of transport and if the condition of the victim allows, the driver of the vehicle transports himself, with the vehicle that caused the accident, the injured persons to the nearest hospital and declares the personal data and the number of the driven vehicle, these being entered in a special register, and if he returns immediately to the place of the accident, IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN OFFENSE.

The positioning of the victim depending on the general condition and existing injuries:

  • rest position: for minor injuries, dislocations, sprains, closed fractures;
  • on the back, with the legs raised at 30-45 degrees: in the case of severe hemorrhages, to facilitate blood circulation to vital organs;
  • on the back: for victims in cardio-respiratory arrest, for resuscitation;
  • sitting: for forearm, mandible or jaw fractures;
  • semi-sitting, with the back supported: for rib fractures in conscious victims;
  • lateral, on the affected side: for unconscious victims with rib fractures;
  • horizontal, on one side: for cranial fractures;
  • on the back, with the body positioned laterally: for unconscious victims with spinal fractures;
  • on the back: for spinal fractures, with immobilization of the spine.

ATTENTION! - Spinal fractures, especially cervical ones, require extreme precautions. The victim must not be moved without the presence of qualified personnel, except in cases of imminent danger, such as fires or explosions. Moving the head or body in any direction can cause total paralysis or even the death of the victim!
