Is prohibited the installation of means of road signalling or the modification of their position without legal authorization, as well as the organizing or participating, as a car driver or driver of animals, in unauthorized races on public roads and, also, is prohibited the intentional blocking of the public road, if the safety of traffic is endangered. These acts are considered offenses and are punished criminally, with imprisonment or criminal fine.

Preventing or hindering traffic on public roads

(1) The installation of means of road signalling or the modification of their positions, without authorization issued by the competent authorities, likely to mislead traffic participants or to hinder traffic on the public road is punished with imprisonment from 3 months to 2 years or with a fine.
(2) Participation as a vehicle driver in unauthorized races on public roads is punished with imprisonment from 3 months to one year or with a fine.
(3) With the same penalty is sanctioned the placing of obstacles that hinder or prevent traffic on the public road, if the safety of traffic is endangered or the right to free movement of other traffic participants is affected.
