When on the motorway visibility is under 100 meters, in conditions of fog, torrential rain and heavy snowfall you will drive with a maximum of 50 km/h.

Art. 123. – The driver of the vehicle is obliged to drive at a speed that does not exceed 30 km/h in urban areas or 50 km/h outside built-up areas, in the following situations:
a) when passing through intersections with undirected traffic;
b) in particularly dangerous curves signalled as such or in which visibility is less than 50 m;
d) when passing by organised groups, military columns or processions, whether they are moving or stationary on the carriageway of roads with a single lane in each direction;
e) when passing by animals that are guided on the carriageway or on the shoulder;
f) when the carriageway is covered with glaze ice, ice, packed snow, slush or wet cobblestone;
g) on uneven roads, signalled as such;
h) in the action area of the warning sign “Children” between 0700 – 2200 as well as of the sign “Accident”;
i) at pedestrian crossings without traffic lights, signalled by signs and markings, when the public road has at most one lane per direction, and pedestrians on the sidewalk, in the immediate vicinity of the carriageway, intend to start crossing;
j) when changing the direction of travel through turns;
k) when visibility is under 100 m in conditions of fog, torrential rain, heavy snowfall.
