Explanation

For answer  A

The road legislation does not expressly prohibit excessive revving of the engine when moving the vehicle from a standstill. However, if this revving is produced intentionally by repeated acceleration of the engine, likely to disturb people present in the area of the public road it falls under aggressive driving and is prohibited according to Article 54^1 paragraph (2) letter i) of OUG 195/2002 (posted below).

For answer  B

The road legislation does not provide an obligation or a prohibition regarding jerking the vehicle controls. However, from the standpoint of preventive driving, jerking the vehicle controls is not recommended.

For answer  C

When you wish to set the vehicle in motion, you have the obligation to signal the maneuver in time, to give priority to all vehicles that are driving on the public road, regardless of their direction of travel, as well as the obligation to make sure that you can perform the maneuver without disturbing the traffic or endangering the safety of the other road users.

The correct answer is: C
