Art. 36.

(1) The drivers of motor vehicles and the persons who occupy seats provided by construction with approved seat belts or safety devices must wear them while driving on public roads, except for the cases provided in the regulation.

(2) During movement on public roads, the drivers of motorcycles, mopeds and the persons transported on them have the obligation to wear an approved protective helmet.

(3) The drivers of vehicles are prohibited from using mobile phones when they are in motion, except for those provided with “hands-free” type devices.
