Regulation - Article 151

The driver of a motor vehicle or tram that performs public passenger transport is obliged:

a) to stop for the boarding or alighting of passengers only in the stations signalled as such, except for public passenger transport in taxi mode. If the station is provided with a bay, the stop will be made only inside it;
b) to open the doors only after the vehicle has been stopped in the station;
c) to close the doors only after the passengers have alighted or boarded;
d) to set the motor vehicle or tram in motion from the station after signalling the intention and making sure that it can perform this maneuver safely.

Regulation - Article 152

Is prohibited the passengers of public passenger transport vehicles:

a) to board, to alight, to keep the doors open or to open them during the movement of the vehicle;
b) to travel on the steps or on the exterior parts of the body of the vehicle;
c) to throw from the vehicle any kind of objects, materials or substances.
