It is usually encountered on motorways or on other roads where the traffic is heavy. There are situations in which, above the motorway, we encounter light panels, and when the road sign is lit, the traffic participants are warned that the traffic is crowded.
When encountering this sign, the driver must keep a safety distance from the vehicle moving in front of him, in order to avoid chain accidents.
