On the red or green lamps of the traffic lights, black arrows may be applied that indicate the corresponding directions of travel.
In this case, the prohibition or permission to pass imposed by the light signal is limited to the direction or the directions indicated by these arrows (only to the left). The same meaning is also held by the arrows applied on the additional panels that accompany, at the lower part, the traffic lights.
