Question 477 of 802

By aggressive behavior of the car driver on the public roads is understood performing one of the following maneuvers:

A Driving the vehicle below the legal speed limit;
B The repeated use of sound and/or light signals of a nature to oblige unjustifiably the driver of the vehicle who moves in front of him to release the traffic lane;
C The driver of the moped or motorcycle having in contact with the carriageway only one of the wheels.

Explanation

For answer  A

Driving a vehicle with a speed that is lower than the maximum permitted speed limit is allowed and is not considered to be aggressive behavior.

For answers  B  and  C

It is prohibited the adoption of an aggressive behavior in driving these on the public roads. The repeated use of sound and/or light signals of a nature to oblige unjustifiably the driver of the vehicle who moves in front of him to release the traffic lane, as well as driving the moped or motorcycle having in contact with the carriageway only one of the wheels are considered to be aggressive behavior, being prohibited performing these maneuvers on the public roads.

The adoption of an aggressive behavior in driving the vehicles on the public roads is sanctioned contraventionally, as follows:

  • if through the adoption of an aggressive behavior there was produced a traffic accident from which resulted the damaging of a vehicle or other material damages (meaning a road accident without victims), the fine provided in sanction class III and the suspension of the driving right for a period of 60 days shall be applied;
  • if through the adoption of an aggressive behavior there was NOT produced a traffic accident, the fine provided in sanction class II and the suspension of the driving right for a period of 30 days shall be applied.

The correct answer is: B and C
