You must give priority to the pedestrians, not pass in front of them. We draw attention that failure to give priority to the pedestrian who is legally crossing the public road is sanctioned with the fine provided in class III and with the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 60 days.
In the given situation you want to change direction of travel to the right and you meet pedestrians who are legally crossing the road, you have the obligation to give the pedestrians priority of passage.
In the image the warning sign “Cyclists” can also be seen, this has the role to warn you that the road on which you are travelling intersects with a bicycle lane, or that a place follows where the circulation of bicycles is frequent. After encountering this sign it is possible to intersect a bicycle lane, in which case, if you perform a turn to the left or to the right and you intersect with a bicycle or electric scooter driver who travels on a bicycle lane, signalled as such, you have the obligation to give this one priority of passage.
However considering that in answer C it is specified that you will give priority of passage only to the cyclists, this answer cannot be correct because, turning to the right, you must give priority to both the pedestrians who legally cross and to the bicycle or electric scooter drivers who travel on the bicycle lane, signalled as such.
The correct answer is: B
