Is prohibited the adoption of an aggressive behavior in their driving on the public roads. The movement with the vehicle at a very reduced distance in relation to another vehicle, in front or behind it, as well as laterally, or the sudden reduction of the travel speed without justified reason, likely to intimidate its driver, as well as the maneuver of starting from standstill with the vehicle by the excessive, empty spinning of the driving wheels are considered to be aggressive behavior, being prohibited the carrying out of these maneuvers on the public roads.

The adoption of an aggressive behavior in the driving of vehicles on the public roads is sanctioned with contravention, as follows:

• if by adopting an aggressive behavior a traffic accident occurred from which resulted the damaging of a vehicle or other material damages (meaning a road accident without victims), the fine provided in sanction class III and the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 60 days are applied;
• if by adopting an aggressive behavior NO traffic accident occurred, the fine provided in sanction class II and the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 30 days are applied.

The driver of the vehicle must respect the meaning of the road signalling, including the meaning of the obligatory signs and markings. The non‑observance of the meaning of the obligatory signs and markings is NOT considered to be aggressive behavior but is sanctioned with the fine provided in sanction class II.
