The adoption of aggressive behavior in the driving of vehicles on the public roads, if through this a traffic accident was produced from which resulted the damaging of a vehicle or other material damages (meaning a road accident without victims), is sanctioned with the fine provided in the class III of sanctions and with the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 60 days.
